Wedding Photography Pricing & Collections
Wedding photography for celebrations with a strong sense of place. I photograph a limited number of weddings each year, mostly in London and a small number further afield. The work is shaped by calm direction, close attention to atmosphere, and a gallery that holds together with clarity from the quieter early hours through to the energy of the evening.
Wedding collections begin at £1500 for London celebrations. Extended and multi-day commissions are proposed individually.
What the investment is really for
The work is never only about time on the day. It is about how the day is read as a whole: the pace of it, the spaces, the transitions, the quality of light, the way portraits are guided without becoming overworked, and the ability to keep the photographs consistent as the atmosphere shifts from morning to evening.
Every collection is built around the same core standard: a calm and considered presence, thoughtful portrait direction, unobtrusive coverage through the rest of the day, and a hand-finished gallery with a refined, coherent finish.
-

Signature Day - from £1800
It is designed for celebrations where the full shape of the day matters: preparations, ceremony, portraits, drinks, dinner, speeches, and the transition into evening. It allows the story to unfold with enough space to feel elegant and unforced, rather than compressed around a timetable.
Especially well suited to London hotel weddings, church celebrations, design-conscious city weddings, and any day where atmosphere matters as much as the key events themselves.
up to 10 hours of coverage
refined preview within 48 hours
hand-finished private online gallery
calm portrait direction when needed
unobtrusive coverage through the rest of the day
Best for: full wedding days that deserve breadth, rhythm, and a complete visual record.
-

Editorial Eight - from £1500
For weddings with a more concise rhythm, but where the work still needs to feel fully considered.
This collection suits London celebrations that are shorter by design rather than smaller in importance: a city ceremony, portraits nearby, a drinks reception, and an elegant meal or evening gathering. The tone remains the same; only the structure is more contained.
up to 8 hours of coverage
refined preview within 48 hours
hand-finished private online gallery
calm portrait direction
discreet documentary coverage across the day
Best for: well-structured London weddings that do not require the full length of Signature Day.
-

Bespoke & Multi-Day
For celebrations that unfold across more than one event or more than one location.
This may include welcome drinks, rehearsal dinners, multi-venue weekends, destination gatherings, or wedding days with a broader itinerary. Coverage is shaped around the structure of the celebration rather than fitted into a standard package.
bespoke coverage built around your plans
proposal tailored to itinerary and logistics
refined preview within 48 hours
hand-finished gallery delivered to an agreed timeline
clear travel and planning support
Best for: celebrations where the wider atmosphere of the weekend matters as much as the wedding day itself.
For shorter city ceremonies
I do take on a small number of intimate weekday city ceremonies each season.
These are not listed as a standard collection, as the right level of coverage depends heavily on timing, guest count, and whether the day remains intentionally concise. If that is what you are planning, mention it in your enquiry and I’ll let you know whether I have space to take it on.
Pre-wedding sessions
For some couples, they offer a useful chance to become more at ease in front of the camera before the wedding day. For others, they are simply a way to make a quieter, more personal set of images in a different setting or to create images for save-the-dates, signing books, or printed pieces.
If this is something you are considering, I can include it in your proposal.
Further options
Some celebrations call for broader coverage or a different final form for the photographs. Where relevant, collections can be extended with the following:
Second photographer
Recommended for larger guest counts, parallel preparations, or wedding days with multiple points of focus, where broader coverage brings greater ease and completeness to the final gallery.
Welcome dinner or pre-wedding gathering
For celebrations that begin before the wedding day itself, and where it matters for the photographs to hold the wider atmosphere of the occasion rather than the day in isolation.
Fine-art album
Designed as a lasting object rather than a digital afterthought, with clean layouts, careful pacing, and print quality chosen for longevity.
Fine-art prints and framed pieces
Selected photographs can also be made as fine-art prints or framed pieces for the home, produced with the same attention to tone, material, and finish as the work itself.
How we work together
1. Enquiry - Start by sharing your date, venue, and a brief outline of the day.
2. Availability and proposal - If I’m available, I’ll reply with the collection I believe suits the celebration best, along with a clear proposal.
3. Securing the date - Once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, your date is firmly reserved.
4. Planning - I’ll send a questionnaire to gather the details of the day, and where helpful I’m always glad to advise on timings, portrait structure, and the parts of the schedule that shape the photographs most.
5. Final details - Closer to the wedding, we confirm the final timeline, addresses, and practical details. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
6. The wedding and delivery - On the day itself, I work with a calm balance of direction and discretion. A preview follows shortly afterwards, with the full gallery delivered later as outlined in your proposal.
“We are absolutely happy we found Kseniia as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, she was attentive, listened carefully to our requests, and was fully engaged. Kseniia was not only professional but also warm and kind person with a cheerful personality, making everyone feel at ease. Pictures came back in less than a month and they all were amazing!!
Definitely one of the best choices for our day”

A second photographer is helpful when you have more than one getting-ready location, a large guest list or a particularly fast-moving schedule. It allows us to cover partner preparations in parallel, more guest moments and multiple angles during key parts of the day. For intimate weddings in a single venue, you may prefer to stay with one photographer and a quieter footprint
-
Yes. Albums can be added after the wedding once you’ve had time to sit with your gallery. I’ll guide you through a simple selection process, then design the book for you with layouts that suit the images and the way you want to remember the day. We’ll review a digital draft together before anything goes to print
-
Yes. I take on a limited number of extended and destination commissions each year. These are proposed individually so the coverage can be shaped around the itinerary rather than forced into a standard structure.
-
Within London, travel is included in your collection. For weddings further afield in the UK or overseas, travel is quoted case by case and added to your proposal for approval before you book. This typically covers transport, accommodation where needed, and any travel days if the schedule requires them.
-
A typical destination weekend might include three strands: a shorter, relaxed evening for welcome drinks, a fuller day for the wedding itself, and an optional, quieter session the following day. In practice that often translates into 2–3 hours of coverage for the welcome event, 8–10 hours for the wedding day, and 1–2 hours for a day-after portrait walk or brunch. We’ll shape this around your actual plans — city, coast or countryside — so coverage feels complete but never intrusive
-
Yes — short weekday city ceremonies are offered on a limited-release basis 6–8 weeks ahead of the date, subject to availability. These are perfect for intimate gatherings with a simple structure; if your plans are more complex or fall on a weekend, one of the main collections will be a better fit.
If the work feels aligned, I’d be glad to hear what you’re planning
