Wedding Photography Pricing

Quiet-editorial coverage from an artistic, experienced photographer in London. I balance considered portraiture with warm, unobtrusive documentary so you can feel the energy of your celebration while I preserve real moments and a quiet, modern aesthetic — beautifully made in London. I guide when it helps and step back when it doesn’t. The result: images that feel effortless today and timeless in ten years. These collections cover London weddings, celebrations across the UK and a small number of selected European destination weekends.

Collections cover London, the wider UK and selected destination weekends. Full-day coverage in London typically begins from £1,500, with weekday town hall and shorter city weddings from £500, and bespoke proposals for extended and multi-day celebrations

Modern, editorial portraits with genuine feeling — structured enough to flatter, relaxed enough to feel like you.

How I work

I photograph with an editorial eye and a calm, reassuring presence. Portraits are shaped with clean lines and flattering light; everything else is observed honestly and with warmth. I guide when it helps and step back when it doesn’t — the result is modern, human and unforced

A calm, relaxing presence

Weddings move quickly; good photographs need steadiness. I bring a cool head, kind timing and an attentive eye. I read the room, anticipate rather than interrupt, and keep the experience unhurried for you and your guests. I’m often mistaken for a friend with a camera — that’s exactly the feeling I aim for.

For camera-shy souls: no stiff posing — just small, precise prompts so you can relax and be yourselves

Honest, emotional storytelling

The real atmosphere lives between the set pieces — a hand squeeze on the steps, happy tears, the laugh that appears and vanishes in a beat. I work quietly in the background, close when emotion builds and further back when space serves the picture. Guests feel comfortable; the day flows; the gallery reflects it.

Editorial portraits with modern lines

Portraits should feel effortless. We plan two short windows — after the ceremony and at sunset — so you’re never away for long. Direction is light and precise: posture, hands, angle, a slight turn to the light. Clean backdrops, flattering light; modern and elegant without stiffness.

After-dark elegance & seamless delivery

When the light fades, refined flash keeps evening moments crisp and dimensional — speeches glow, first dances feel cinematic, black-tie remains impeccable. Behind the scenes: calm communication with planners and venues, secure backups, a 48-hour preview, then a hand-finished gallery with a consistent, modern palette

We are absolutely happy we found Kseniia as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, she was attentive, listened carefully to our requests, and was fully engaged. Kseniia was not only professional but also warm and kind person with a cheerful personality, making everyone feel at ease. Pictures came back in less than a month and they all were amazing!!
Definitely one of the best choices for our day

Thoughtful enhancements

Second photographer

A second photographer offers parallel coverage of preparations, guest arrivals and alternative angles during key moments. It’s particularly helpful for larger guest lists, multi-level venues or when both partners are getting ready in different locations. The result is a fuller, more layered gallery without you feeling more observed.

Welcome event / rehearsal dinner

Extending coverage to the evening before allows the story to breathe. A welcome drink, intimate dinner or relaxed gathering is often where your closest people first connect; photographing it means your final gallery reflects the whole experience of the weekend, not just the wedding day itself.

Extended evening coverage

If you’re planning a late-night party or multiple entertainment moments, extended coverage takes you comfortably beyond first dances. This is ideal for bands, outfit changes or midnight details you don’t want to miss, while still keeping the energy on the dance floor.

Fine-art albums

Albums are designed in-house with a focus on longevity and touch. Clean layouts, thoughtful pacing and careful printing turn your gallery into something you can hold and share, rather than leaving the images on a screen.

Engagement session

If an engagement session isn’t part of your initial collection, it can be added later as an enhancement. It offers space to feel at ease in front of the camera, to explore a favourite part of London together, and to create images for save-the-dates or your home.

I’m quietly attentive—guiding portraits with gentle direction and letting the rest unfold naturally. I stay close to your planner, share timeline notes, and move lightly so you can be fully present with your favourite people. The result: images that feel elegant, modern and utterly you.

FAQs

  • Most London weddings are comfortably covered by Editorial Eight (up to 8 hours) or Signature Day (up to 10 hours). If you’re planning a simple town hall ceremony and drinks, a shorter weekday option may be enough; for hotel weddings with getting ready, ceremony, dinner and dancing, Signature Day gives a calm amount of time without feeling stretched. I’m happy to suggest a collection once I know your timings and venues

  • A second photographer is helpful when you have more than one getting-ready location, a large guest list or a particularly fast-moving schedule. It allows us to cover partner preparations in parallel, more guest moments and multiple angles during key parts of the day. For intimate weddings in a single venue, you may prefer to stay with one photographer and a quieter footprint

  • Yes. Albums can be added after the wedding once you’ve had time to sit with your gallery. I’ll guide you through a simple selection process, then design the book for you with layouts that suit the images and the way you want to remember the day. We’ll review a digital draft together before anything goes to print

  • Within London, travel is included in your collection. For weddings further afield in the UK or overseas, travel is quoted case by case and added to your proposal for approval before you book. This typically covers transport, accommodation where needed, and any travel days if the schedule requires them.

  • I’m based in London and regularly photograph weddings across the UK and selected destinations in Europe. Within London, travel is included in your collection. For UK and overseas weddings, travel is quoted case by case and added to your proposal for approval before you book — typically covering transport, accommodation where needed, and any travel days if the schedule requires them. Everything is agreed in advance, so there are no surprises later.

  • A typical destination weekend might include three strands: a shorter, relaxed evening for welcome drinks, a fuller day for the wedding itself, and an optional, quieter session the following day. In practice that often translates into 2–3 hours of coverage for the welcome event, 8–10 hours for the wedding day, and 1–2 hours for a day-after portrait walk or brunch. We’ll shape this around your actual plans — city, coast or countryside — so coverage feels complete but never intrusive

  • You’ll receive a refined preview within 48 hours, followed by your full gallery in approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the season. You’ll be able to view, download and share your images from the online gallery, and we can then explore albums or prints if you wish.

  • Yes — short weekday city ceremonies are offered on a limited-release basis 6–8 weeks ahead of the date, subject to availability. These are perfect for intimate gatherings with a simple structure; if your plans are more complex or fall on a weekend, one of the main collections will be a better fit.

  • Once you’re happy with a collection, I’ll send an invoice to save your date and contract. A booking fee secures your date in the diary, with the remaining balance due closer to the wedding. Everything is clearly outlined in writing so you know exactly what to expect.
